Description

The design and construction of the Chancery is a first class, 3 level, 1,800sm Office development for the Canadian Mission in Abuja. The development comprises of an office, gatehouse and utility block which were designed to have two skins, concrete external shell and drywall internal shell. It has central AC system and all other ancillaries that are typical for office spaces in line with Nigerian, Canadian and American standards. The security system as well as the firefighting system is first class in line with the Canadian and American codes.
