Description:

The works comprise the fitting out of 1200 sqm on the 5th floor of an existing multi-storey building providing accommodation for over 100 staff, 5 client meeting rooms, reception, 2 further meeting rooms, Communications room, full preparation kitchen, breakout area and a Sales & Trading floor for 18 personnel for Renaissance Capital, a Russian Investment bank. The brief demanded that the design must achieve the ‘WOW’ factor. The fit out must is based on the established brand identity, with detailed design guidelines similar for all their worldwide offices, Moscow, London, New York. The Lagos office was to no different, it was to exude the same standard of finish, feel and work environment as all their other offices.
