Description

On 9 hectares of land – following the design guidelines provided by UPDC – we designed and built 4 house types, consisting: 32 units of semi-detached 3-bedroom bungalows, 8 units of semi-detached 4 bedroom bungalows, 20 units of semi-detached 4 bedroom storey buildings, 19 units of 45 bedroom detached units making a total of 79 house units. Recreational facilities on site include 2 squash courts, swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, a club house for indoor games.
