The client’s brief was to develop a scheme for a dwelling for himself, and commercially viable luxury apartments, all within the one single form.

This development comprises a 5 bedroom dwelling over three levels with an extensive top floor terrace. The client’s dwelling also comes with private access, private car parking private swimming pool, and a private rear garden.

The four 3bedroom apartments were stacked two on two over the ground and first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with en-suite facilities and balcony areas which overlook the communal gardens and swimming pool.
