Description

The site is within the precinct of Murtala Muhammed International Airport along the Lagos Airport Expressway. The facility on completion is expected to serve as a logistics and distribution center for products both Locally and Internationally and will be identified as a flagship of style and branding within the industry

The Masterplan design is guided by Flexibility, Functionality, and Sustainability. We believe that these translate to efficiencies in operational flows, energy conservation, and marketability. The Corporate aspect of the development fronts the main access Hajj Terminal Road. This is taken up by the Head Office and provision for an Anchor Tenant. Branding is strong and required visibility is achieved. Operations are restricted to the rear with provision for Trailer/truck parks, Loading area with Dock Levellers and Storage for Reefers. Access is via a controlled area manned by Customs, NEPZA, and Regular Security Agents. Access to the air side is also manned. Finally, a Utility Building houses all the Mechanical and Electrical installations so that maintenance can be better organized.

The facility provides 9,180m2 total lettable space on 3 floors made up of storage spaces of varied sizes and offices. The Anchor tenant has a potential gross floor area of 1,150m2 made up of offices, reception, showrooms and light manufacturing area. There is also space for conferences, exhibitions etc. within the corporate area. NFZ offices take up 230m2. There are 30 Carpark slots and 1,360m2 of landscaping to provide the ambiance necessary. Total site coverage is 49.8%.
