This office building is located on the Marina provides the head office accommodation for Sterling Bank. It also houses two major tenants who use the building as their head offices as well. A banking floor is provided on the ground floor for another tenant and the entire building contains air conditioned units which allow for flexibility of partitioning and ease of maintenance. The reinforced concrete frame is finished with precast concrete spandrels which in turn are clad in 75mm white glazed tiles.
